Welcome to SimpleTCF. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights regarding subscription cancellations and refunds, in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

By purchasing a subscription to SimpleTCF, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Nature of Our Services — SimpleTCF provides digital educational services, including practice exams, interactive exercises, study materials, performance tracking tools, and audio, reading, and writing training modules. Access is granted immediately upon activation. Digital services are considered consumed once access is granted, subject to cancellation rights below.
2. Subscription Cancellation Rights — You may cancel your subscription within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase without providing a reason, except where stated otherwise. The cancellation period begins on the date your subscription is activated. To request cancellation, email support@simpletcf.com.
3. Non-Refundable Plans — Certain entry-level or promotional plans (including Free, Trial, or Bronze-type plans, if applicable) may be designated as non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly disclosed at purchase.
4. Refund Eligibility — Refunds will only be issued when the cancellation request is received within the 3-day cooling-off period, the subscription qualifies, and the account has not violated our Terms of Service. Requests submitted after the cooling-off period may be declined unless required by law.
5. Refund Processing — If approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days using the original payment method. Payment processor fees or transaction costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
6. Subscription Renewals — Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the plan selected at checkout. You authorize SimpleTCF to charge the selected payment method for renewal unless the subscription is cancelled before the next billing cycle.
7. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Use — Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared. If SimpleTCF detects account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or abuse, we reserve the right to terminate the account without notice. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
8. Service Access After Cancellation — Once cancelled, access remains active until the end of the paid period unless terminated for policy violations. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the cooling-off period.
9. Consumer Protection Compliance — Nothing in this policy limits rights granted under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Where laws provide additional rights, those laws take precedence.
